Unable to use link shortcode in Editor

After upgrading to WordPress 4.2 this morning, I am unable to use the link shortcode in the WP Editor. When you click the “link” shortcode button, the entire screen is pushed to the left so far that you are unable to use anything. The only way to use the Editor screen is to reload the page and de-activate Page Builder.
