two questions: sidebar links to blog and is it possible to embed blogspot blog into one page?

Hi, I’m using Vantage and think it is so amazing. Thank you for the great flexibility you’ve built in! I have two questions I need support with…

1. On my website www.healthynatalie.com (which redirects to poundsofpregnancy.com), I have a wordpress blog setup that feeds into the http://www.poundsofpregnancy.com/indoor_cycling_playlists/instructor-playlists-profiles page. On this page there is a sidebar using a widget to list recent posts…the problem is when you click on them it says no such page exists. I keep looking for a place to enter in the blog post link and cannot find one. Can you please tell me how to correct this issue?

2. I also have an external blog (healthynatalie.blogspot.com) that I would like somehow either to connect to the http://www.poundsofpregnancy.com/healthy_kids page or embed it so it is what you see when the “healthy kids” in the menu bar is clicked. Is this possible? I’ve searched the support forum and don’t see any other requests like this so I’m hoping it might be possible.
