Trying to create a Blog page on another page in my website while keeping Custom Home Page

I am using the Vantage Custom Home page. I wish to display blog posts on the blog page of my website (https://www.acuhire.com). I follow the instructions under SiteOrigin’s, “Static Front Page and Posts Page” -“Selecting Your Blog Posts Page”. When I select the Blog page under “Post page” for my blog post to display on my blog page (which it does) but the Custom Home Page turns off. Then my Front Page displays all of my post instead of the Custom Home Page. How can I fix this?

    Hi

    Thanks for running Vantage.

The easiest solution here would be to head to Settings > Reading, return Static Home Page and Posts page back to their default, un-selected states. Then head to Appearance > Home Page, ensure it’s still ON. Then head to your Blog page and select Blog from the Page Template drop down menu which can be found in the Page Attributes metabox in the right column.
