Theme Top banner problem

Hi guys im stucked with a frustrating problem and i hope you can help.
Im using a them i got from themforest and it has a top banner on all pages which i like.

but when im using siteorigin page builder (its different from the theme page builder) it shows as a gray banner and i cant find anywhere i can enter an image…
