Theme that is mobile friendly

Hi, I currently use the Snapshot theme but have received communications to say that I don’t meet google’s for a mobile friendly/ responsive website.

I really liked the overall appearance of Snapshot (particularly the full screen width homepage slider) but need to change to a new theme if it can’t meet the new requirements. Please can you let me know what would be a similar theme to use that will give me the best optimisation/responsiveness etc.
