The widget wp_wpti_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available.

By Kermit Woodall, 8 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 8 years ago.

This is a major problem for me – I built a dev site on my server, backed it up, restored it to the live server and everything except the Black Studio TinyMCE widgets are working. Unfortunately I used them on all pages multiple times.

I get the MISSING WIDGET error and when clicked it shows this –

The widget wp_wpti_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available. Contact Support…etc.

The widget is there. I tried turning off/on the involved plugins, then all plugins – no luck. I’d really rather not redo all pages if possible.

I ended up finding a thread here that recommended using Duplicator – which did work. However I sincerely hope you guys can fix whatever is failing to transfer using other WordPress migration plugins.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kermit

Glad to hear you made progress. Duplicator is the best way to migrate Page Builder data.

Some manual database migrations seem to go fine. We’re not exactly sure of the issue yet. We hope to get to the bottom of it soon. Thanks for your support.

Could I help in any way to diagnose this? I still have the dev site and can recreate the issue for you and let you see all sides of this before and after.

    Hi, I Work Here

Easy, low hanging fruit sort of question; was the import done using the same character set as the export? UTF-8 ideally.

The backup plugins I tried, All in one WP Migration and WordPress Move,
    don't offer this option.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the update. We’ve had clients report positive back ups and move with UpDraft Plus: http://updraftplus.com/. Perhaps that’s an option to try moving forward.

Well, here's two databases you can compare to see if anything can be spotted here.

Bark Original Database is a Duplicator export prior to export/import from
    All-In-One WP Migration
Back After Database is a Duplicator export after I'd exported and imported from AIOWPM

    Perhaps you'll spot some issues?

    Oops. Here are the databases.

    Hi, I Work Here

Sorry. Lot’s of changes coming to the forum soon. If you’re using email and attaching, that isn’t supported yet.

    Hi, I Work Here

    https://www.wetransfer.com/ is an option.

Dropbox public folder perhaps? That’s another one.
