The Site orgins widgets bundle is causing my widgets to move to full width instead of the right column

I added the Site Origins Widget Bundle to my Premium Press Responsive Directory Theme yesterday and it is causing my widgets to move from the right column on my Home Page to move to the main part of my page full width. I deactivated the plugin and it worked fine and the two widgets moved back to the right column. Is there a setting that I can change to make it work?
