The menu of my website is too large

Good Morning

Could you Please tell me if it is possible to make the titles of my menu occupy the left and right sides of the page ? to use the empty space which is on left and on the right of the Home page ) . I have no banner to put in these spaces .

    The code I gave here: Thread: To Enlarge The Menu Of My Website should also reduce the space to the left and the right.
