The language switcher in the menu of great Mono theme

Hi, certainly a large part of the world are facing a similar situation: One page multilanguage template.
How can I get switcher in the menu?
With MONO Premium it will be ok?
Or other One page template can ‘register_nav_menu’?
Please, give me an advice.
