Template Missing from child theme

Hi there,
I have just created a child theme for Vantage (free) before i upgrade to the premium version. But when i click themes on wordpress it says
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Template is missing.

my code on the child theme from notepad is
