tags disappearing on mobile

I’m using the Vantage theme with Page Builder. I have a custom form which I enter in a page using the Sitebuilder Rich text editor. I switch to the text tab when entering the code. The code I’m entering is from “Sendlane”. My coding experience is advanced intermediate. So… what happens is, I paste the code in the editor in “text” mode, save it, and it displays fine on any device above a resolution of 1368 pixels wide, as far as I can tell, anything smaller and the tags are stripped. As in completely ,not even there.
I have disabled each and every installed plugin and have deleted all unused templates. still the same result. the only problem I can pinpoint is, Page Builder. If I disable Page Builder, the tags display, when I enable Page Builder, the tags don’t even appear in Google Chrome “Inspect Element”. Any ideas where I can begin troubleshooting? I find WP incredibly complicated when it comes to this stuff vs Joomla.
