Softaculous used to clone website – now page builder not active

I have used Softaculous to clone my website from the development domain to the actual domain but am having an issue…
When I now try to edit using page builder, I am required to ‘copy existing data to page builder’ which places all data into a single (text) row of data?
Is it possible to clone the site without this issue or is the a way to restore the layout into the many rows that I had prior to cloning?

Any/All help really appreciated!

    Please try using this plugin instead

    I have had much success using this over other methods, and it is quicker than doing it manually :)
