So Widgets Bundle Widgets not Activating

Im using PageBuilder and have installed the SO Widgets Bundle. When I go to SO Widgets settings I can see a list of All Widgets available. Some are active and some are not. When I try to activate a widget (ie Call to Action Widget ) its displays as activated but if I leave that page and go back its no longer activated. The Widgets are also not available in the Widgets interface inside PageBuilder.
