Does anyone know how to get my widget styles panel to load – when on a page and wishing to edit a row and editor I get the text area and can edit but cant change widget styles as the panel has the loading circle round and round forever.

I have de activated all plug ins and reinstalled so panels page builder and the tiny mce and yet I am still getting the – so-sidebar so-right-sidebar so-panels-loading – for ever and never achieving the widget styles panel that when loaded should be – so-sidebar so-right-sidebar –

There’s probably an easy explanation when one knows where to look – I have also changed the theme and still no joy – bit stuck now and need direction
