Hi,
I just discovered pagebuilder and vantage and want to apply my usual custom css modifications.
But SO CSS is not working on the vantage template. I looked here in the forum and found the recommendation of trying 2015 and with that it actually works. So I wonder why the vantage doenst?
Cheers
Hi Sungod3k
Thanks for your question.
When you say not working, do you mean SO CSS isn’t printing it’s CSS into your documents head or are the changes just not taking effect? If we can see the problem in action we can assist further.
No, its not highlighting and its not giving me and options int he drop down, when I go into the live mode. Its works fine with the 2015 template.
Thanks for your feedback. That’s unexpected. Can you please, try a quick test. Go to Plugins and temporarily deactivate all plugins except for those made by SiteOrigin. Does the CSS inspector still break?
Yes, I only has SO CSS, pagebuilder and the SO widget bundle on and no highlighting.
Hi Sungod3k
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
update: I reinstalled wordpress and only uploaded vantage and SO CSS and now it seems to work.
Hi Moppel
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear you were able to resolve.
