SiteOrigins Wedget Bundle – Not working?

This is the plug in – SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
Deactivate | Edit | Manage Widgets | Support
A collection of all our widgets, neatly bundled into a single plugin.

Version 1.2.3 | By SiteOrigin | View details

All I want is a sidebar that I can use for links to outside websites.
When I enter the link/photo link, it either does nothing, shows 2 boxes, each with 125x in them, or shows a tiny empty white square thumbnail icon..
Does this widget, (as it show I should be able to do up to 6 links), allow me to add links outside websites?
If so, How do I make it work, because, although I am not a college scholar, I have been working in back and front end websites for some time now and am not completely PC illiterate.
I see the URL is public. Sorry, but I am not giving admin access to my site, to the public domain here, or anywhere.

    Hi P. Smith

If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box. The only people who can see private posts are those with the ‘I work here’ tag next to the name.

    Thanks

    Hi P. Smith

Unfortunately this widget is not part of our widgets bundle but is one supplied as part of the theme. The best course of action would be to post in the theme creators support forum.

Sorry I can’t be of more help.

    Thank you

It was faster to simply google how to. If this is not part of your bundle then why did the (get help) link bring me here?
