Siteorigin widget – Post Carousel arrows not working

The arrows on post carousel aren’t working for me. I tried everything your recommended to earlier users who had same problem i.e. going to reading and changing number of posts to display etc. Still it doesn’t fix it. When I click the arrow, it takes me to the top of the page instead of moving left or right.

    Hi Asif

    It appears as if there is a Javascript error on your home page that might be breaking the carousel functionality. The error is “Uncaught ReferenceError: lightbox_html is not defined”, so I’m guessing it’s coming from a lightbox plugin.

    Disabling this plugin should fix the issue. If it does, then you can try asking the developer of that plugin if they could fix the issue.

    Thanks for quick reply. I’ve disabled the plugin that I was using to display lightbox. But still the issue is there. I’ve also tried disabling all the plugins except siteorigin plugin and it still gives me the same error.

    Dear Support,

    I am using vantage premium and installed post carousel. I have problem with next/previous arrow of the carousel which is not appear, only 2 tiny black box and square box inside. Please advice. Thank you in advance.
