SiteOrigin Slider being pesky

10 years ago · Last reply by Nathan Stotts 10 years ago

Alright, so far this is the only thing I’ve ran into with the Slider:
I’m using 1 row with two columns, set at 70% and 30%, left to right. The left is text/html, the right is the slider.
The slider for some reason wants to squish everything together, so the page is 900px I believe, and the slider wants to squeeze the row to 450px or so. I can take the slider out and use just the image and things are fine. I’ve messed with the source code and CSS, and can’t really get things to line up. I can extend column one, but then shrinks the slider. I can extend column two, but doesn’t adjust the slider to the images, which results in letterboxing.
What I’m wanting to do is have column 1 at about 650px roughly, and column 2 at 250px roughly with the correct proportion of images.

I also want to mention that: I do not want to mess with the CSS for the entire site, as the other pages will not reflect the index/home page.
