Site Origin: PageBuilder Types Plugin Issue

Hi,

First off, this theme is amazing from what I’ve seen thus far. I’m having an issue now where when I create a page, add a widget like Maskitto: Slider, I can’t edit the “Content” portion. It says: “Please import Types plugin XML file from our documentation to access this option.”

The types plugin is installed and active, and I’ve tried deactivating and resetting it, to no avail. What can I do? Is there another plugin that it’s possibly conflicting with?

For reference, I’m using the Maskitto theme by Shufflehound which includes PageBuilder as a required plugin.

Thanks!

Chris

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chris

You need to save a copy of the types plugin xml file from here

    http://shufflehound.com/import-files/TYPES.maskitto-light.xml

then navigate to Tools->Import and import the file into wordpress. You may be asked to install the import plugin, just follow the instructions.

Once done you will be able to access the content settings.

    Hope this helps

Hi Magus, I'm still having issues. I get this error when trying to upload the XML document. Additionally, under plugins, I see that the "types"
plugin that I already have there is asking me to re-authenticate it. What can I do?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chris

Unfortunately the plugin you are having issues with is not provided by us but by the theme itself so I am not sure what could be causing your issue. I think the best course of action would be to contact the author through their support system to get a clear answer.

Sorry I could not be of more help
