Site Origin Page Builder – Background Image Not Working (Enigma PremiumTheme)

I am trying to add either a background image or a different color behind my “contact form” on my “contact us” page. I am using the Site Origin page builder (which I love) )and have created a simple row and added the Widget “SiteOrigin Editor” and pasted the code in there for my contact form, Im using POWr Form Builder which works great with Site Origin. When I edit the widget, on the right hand side under the “Widget Styles” column I click on “Background Color” and “Background Image” and absolutely nothing happens. I have tried clearing cache on webpage, closing all browsers and clearing cookies, disabling all other plugins, and tried using another background image plugin which did not work , (now disabled and cleared cache). Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
