How can I make the navigation (the little black arrows) also visible on mobile devices when displaying the
SiteOrigin Post Carousel?
Could anyone at least suggest something or is this a matter that a) nobody knows? b) nobody is interested in?
Very disappointing.. not even an excuse for not reacting at all..
Hi Sandie
Sorry we missed your thread last time around. Unfortunately, it’s difficult for us to guarantee timely support on a free plugin like Page Builder. Our team does work after hours to try offer support where possible and we’re planning on releasing a paid support package to allow us to hire and train the support staff necessary to answer questions quickly.
For now, we’re relying on community support – unfortunately very few people outside the SiteOrigin support team have the time to help out for free.
To answer your question – there, unfortunately, isn’t any easy way to bring the arrows back for mobile. The arrows are really small so for mobile they’re removed in favor of touch swiping which the widget does support.
Hope that helps explain what’s happening with this widget on smaller devices.
