Setting a default value for ‘Edit Row’ settings in theme

Firstly thank you for the excellent Page Builder extension! :)

I am currently developing a theme for WordPress in which page builder will be a required plugin to install. I am wondering is it possible to set within the themes function.php default values for page builder. In particular I would like the padding set to for example 40px when a new row is created. By default this value is blank.

The theme I’m developing has a boxed layout which means every new row will require padding to create space between the ‘box’ edges and the content. It would just make things easier if this value was set by default.
