Section Sometimes Not Showing

Hi guys,

Thank you for having the theme available. I am using Ultra, and have created a one page site: http://tinyurl.com/k473emp.

Very often, the “Testimonials” section does not show. I’ve created it so it appears below the “BACK PAIN? …” and above the map.

It should show like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/TZHEdSvpTGk. That was on the newest version on Chrome, Win 10.

Often it does not appear, like on slightly older versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Chrome on my iPhone 6S: https://www.screencast.com/t/ja3bmGF7hgU.

Why does it not appear, and how do we make it show at all times?
