Seeking a theme with a second navigation in header. to test all themes is difficult. have you one?

Thanks for your question.
If you try out our Vantage theme you can insert a Custom Menu widget into the header widget area. There is styling ready for drop-down menus but it’s otherwise not heavily styled.
