Row background color not “bleeding” into column when text is inserted

I created a row with two columns.

First column has VISUAL EDITOR.

When I try to change the row color … > clicked on spanner icon > EDIT row > design > selected background color > clicked on layout > selected “Full width” > SAVE

However the ROW COLOR does not “bleed” into the column when text is inserted using Visual Editor … it just remains white but the color is visible “outside” of the column.

I’ve created the issue at the bottom of this page … http://financialsmartness.com/WP/

Please help.

Thank you.

I think there might be a glitch in the plugin.

I was playing around with the “CUSTOMIZE” theme button & clicked on the “Paragraph” appearance button > selected Background color to be same as the “row color” … which changed everything on the page to the same color as the row including the column background color … I then UNSELECTED paragraph background color and VOILA … column color stayed the same as the row color but everything else is back to normal.

It might not be a pretty fix but it worked.

    Thanks for an OUTSTANDING plugin.
