Responsiveness on iphone

Hi Ive created pages with the Page Builder plugin, with two columns, one of text and the other with an image, and quite a bit of padding around each. On an iPhone the text is very narrow and the image appears way below it with a big gap/empty space in between. Is there anything I can do about this (I’m not a coder)? thanks!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ivory Content

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    I would like to get you a tested solution

    Looking forward to hearing from you

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi there

    I have just checked your website and this is what I recommended.

    On the Context Distribution widget
    1. There are two tags that are visible with no content in between them. You can remove those
    2. There is a tag that you have used with no content in between them. You can remove that

    On the Content Strategy widget
    1. There is a tag that is visible with no content in between them. You can remove that

    Then add this to your to your custom CSS

    @media (max-width: 780px){
    #pgc-437-0-0, #pgc-437-1-0, #pgc-437-2-0, #pgc-437-3-0, #pgc-437-4-0 {
      margin-bottom: 0px !important;
    }
    .panel-widget-style {
        padding:0px 20px !important;
    }

    .panel.widget {
      padding: 20px 30px !important;
    }
    }

    You can adjust the figures in px to meet your needs

    Let me know if that works for you.

    HI Addo, thanks for your reply. I’m afraid I’m completely lost on this one. What do you mean by tags? – e.g.. on content strategy widgets (services page) i see one row split in two cells/widgets, and nothing else but some padding around each widget (under the layout box). I’ve read all the documentation for page builder but can’t find anything on this, and have chosen it because i’m a novice and have no knowledge of CSS :-(

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Ivory Content

    Sorry I left some wording there by tag I meant a tag that are being used but have no content.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    I can fix this for you

    HI Addo,
    I’ve just set up that account. You’ll see there’s the same issue on the Services, Story and Pricing pages with the blank spaces between the text and images.
    I really appreciate your help in this thanks.
