Responsive Large Image

Hi, I am having a series of problems with large images not responding as expected. It’s really weird, at first everything looks good then I proceed to another section. I go back and review and the images are wacky again.

The issue – on small screens the images are resizing too small and it has a large space below the image. Prior on small screens the images filled the space properly and did not have a white space below the image. I don’t know what to do.
