Removing the pre-installed services and recent work from templete

I just started a new site using vantage and when creating my menu I can’t remove (services) and (recent work) from my menu. Those two are not showing up on my menu list but is showing up on the website.

can you help me

    Hi Ron

    Please head to Appearance > Menus and check that a custom menu is saved and assigned to the primary menu location.

    If you don’t have any luck with that please send through a url to your site.
