Removing Social media strip on right of page

I am wondering how i remove the post to social media strip located to the right on the screen. It is annoying as it blocks content on pages

    This appears to be coming from a plugin. The one modal window says it’s powered by Sumome. If this sounds familiar, it might be a good place to start looking. Did you install a plugin or some code from them?
