Removing from a custom widget

Hi,

I’m actually trying to use page builder to make a website, however some content i want to insert has a really special behaviour, therefore i’m making a widget.

The widget should output something like

<div class="foo">
bar
</div>

However, the is completely removed and only the tag shows in my html.

I’m wondering why is this issue happening, and how can i fix it ? I sense a filter being applied somewhere, but can’t find a way to remove it.
