Remove Line Overlapping Logo

Hi,

Alex was kind to help me with a logo, so it would overlap when I scroll: https://siteorigin.com/thread/styling-home-page/.

However, as I scroll, there is a line from the bottom of the header that overlaps the logo, as shown in the green box here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0Ang5Kl9HK

How can I have that line not overlap the logo as I scroll?
