Hi guys,
Im working with the upgraded version of Pitch, but seem to be experiencing some trouble with the “Projects” option (or as we have called them on our website, modules).
Each project/module has its own featured image.
On the front page, you see that line/display of modules, each with their own image.
However, if you visit the page for module 1 you see a slideshow of images from all modules www.naarjeidealebaan.nl/module/module-1 (this should only be the green image for module 1), but the pages of modules 2, 3, 4 and 5 don’t display their image (www.naarjeidealebaan.nl/module/module-2, www.naarjeidealebaan.nl/module/module-3, etc)
How can I make sure that when people open the page for project/module 1, they only see the image of module 1 and not the rest?
What do I need to do to make the correct featured image appear on the pages of modules 2, 3, 4 and 5?
Thanks in advance for any help or guidance,
Lieke
Apologies, in order to actually see the problem you need to log in on the new website;
http://www.naarjeidealebaan.nl/wp-admin
username: Test-user
passwork: SiteOrigin
Once you are logged in you can see the site.
This is a private message.
Hi Magus,
You should be able to login now as an admin using the login details listed above.
Cheers,
Lieke

Hi Magus,
I changed the password to: Origin-test (with capital O for Origin)
Username is still: Test-user
User has all admin rights.
Hope it works now?
Hi Lieke
It’s not the WordPress User that is the problem. The issue is with displaying the login page. It looks like you have password protected the WordPress admin directory using .htaccess so this requires a different set of credentials. Or the directory has been protected to only allow access from specific ip addresses. If you are using any security plugins to secure the site please disable them while we look at the issue.
Thanks
Magus
Hmmm…. the only plugin that could possibly cause that would be the Limit Login Attempts plugin – I deactivated it. Can you see if it works now?
Other active plugins are Wishlist member (but you have admin rights & all access), PageBuilder by SO, Maintenance Page which is visible now to anyone who isn’t logged in, Contact Form 7 and Black Studio TinyMCE Widget. Don’t think any of those could cause this.
It’s a brand new website, and other than installing WordPress, acitvating Pitch and uploading WishList member we haven’t really done anything out of the ordinary with it (yet).
Cheers,
Lieke
Hi Lieke
I have managed to login. The security of the admin pages is being added by your webhost, probably as part of a customized installation package if you installed WordPress via their control panel installer.
It looks like you uploaded all the images when you set the featured image for Module 1. Because of this the images now belong exclusively to Module 1.
I permanently deleted the image for module 2 and then re-uploaded it from the set featured image option of the Module 2 project. I then re-added the featured image to the Module 2 slide. The image is now displaying in the correct locations.

Yeah, now that you mention it, I did upload them all at once, and then designated them to each module individually. Never thought that that could cause the problem.
Thank you so much for your help Magus, have a lovely day!
