How do I change my profile image, the icon next to my posts?

    You can use the email address that matches your account and open a Gravatar account:

    What if I don’t want to use gravatar? My user icon will always fetch the icon from that external source right? That creates (mostly very small) lag. I don’t want that. How can I change this to host the icon on my site instead?
