Problem downloading siteorigin-premium.1.0.3.zip

Dear Greg and SiteOrigin Team,
Thank you and yours for providing high-quality products with helpful documentation for the past several years! I am struggling with a problem for which I could not locate a thread.
I purchased SiteOrigin Premium – Single on 14 October 2016, payment id 29677.
I was able to download my invoice and my payment confirmation, but have subsequently been unable to download the zip file entitled siteorigin-premium.1.0.3.zip to my computer.
I am also unable to select upgrade from within my new BaselineNorth Theme (and then provide the product key).
Please advise.

    I have purchased a SiteOrigin Premium license. Unfortunately, I am unable to download it, as indicated in my post.
