Private commuication with SiteOrigin

While I like the openness of this site’s commenting to aid others’ problems without submitting a new thread, I’d like to be able to communicate in a more private fashion, as I don’t want to submit URLs for the world to see –some clients’ content is not set and they don’t want it to be seen by the general public anymore than I do.

Is there a way to do this?

    That’s a very good question. Short answer: we still have private communication through our support email – [email protected].

    We’d really like to keep everything as open as possible for the reasons you mentioned in your message. This weekend we introduced private thread emails for our users to send us sensitive data like login details. You can see an example of that in this thread – Thread: Transparent Menu background causes mobile menu to disappear. These emails are thread specific.

    In the next few days, we’ll also be adding a checkbox to the reply box that’ll let you mark standard replies as private. This will be perfect for posting private URLs.
