Hi there, I’ve been using Page Builder for 6 months on multiple sites. I have also been using a variety of pricing table plugins with Page Builder, all with no problems.

Just recently something happened that seems to have broken the ability of pricing tables that use shortcode to coexist with Page Builder. Any of my pages that use Page Builder and do NOT have a price table shortcode in them behave properly and normally. The moment that I insert the shortcode of a pricing table and save it, the Visual Editor on that page immediately breaks, and all I get is a continuous flow of text and images stripped of all formatting.

I’ve now tried several different pricing table plugins, all that require short code, and all have the same result. This is pretty suggestive evidence that the problem is with Page Builder, and that the change/conflict/bug is very recent, within the last 2 weeks. The old pages that were previously intact are still ok, but I can not edit those pages or the pages immediately break. So I’m left unable to add/edit any pages that involve pricing tables. Obviously that’s unacceptable.

Can anyone offer any insight or solutions? I like Page Builder quite a lot, but I like pricing tables even more, so if I have to ditch Page Builder to get my pricing tables back I will do so, and I can’t allow this paralysis of my website to continue much longer.

Help would be appreciated.

I believe there was a wordpress update around this time, could Page Builder have been broken by the update? Are there any patches in the works form SiteOrigin?
