Yes, if you have purchased the upgrade it should automatically offer the download of the premium version, which will then be kept up to date through the WordPress Theme Updates.
If you have your license number, navigate to Appearance->Vantage Premium.
Click on the already paid option in the top right of the page and enter your number in the box provided.
Once checked it will offer you the option to install the premium version.
