Prebuilt Layouts problem

Hello,

I keep having an issue with one of my websites to use the prebuilt layouts. When I add a new page and click on the prebuilt layouts I get the message “Your search didn’t return any results”.
I have tried everything: changing themes from Vantage to North to Unwind. Page Builder and Widget Bundles are the only plugins activated. I have also erased the files of wordpress from the server and reinstalled wordpress to start from scratch. Nothing seems to work.
I have other websites with which I have followed the same procedure and they all work fine.
Please help!
