Pre-premium purchase question.

I am somewhat new to WordPress although I have been building static sites for 6 years. I am setting up a professional blog site and have been trying many themes over the past couple months and cannot seem to get them to customize the way I want. I created a very simple straight forward concept design in Photoshop that I am trying to replicate and I have been looking at the vantage theme to use as the framework. Is it possible to have someone take a look at this concept design and tell me if the vantage theme (premium) will work. I have the concept in a jpg. file that I could email for your review.
Any help you could give me in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
