    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Hannes

    1. Please try the Features widget in our Widget Bundle plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/. This however isn’t for posts but for static content. You would use the Features widget in combination with our Page Builder plugin.

    2. To remove the entry meta on the home page only you’d need to add the following to a plugin like Simple Custom CSS:

    /* SO Current Theme Hide Home Page Entry Meta */

    .home article.loop .entry-meta { display: none; }

    Hi, I Work Here

    The theme is unfortunately limited in this way. You can either use the default home page layout which has the featured area and posts below OR Custom Home Page. Custom Home Page does however remove the featured area that previously appeared above the posts area.
