Post Carousel Images not showing, except in Preview and Customize

Suddenly the images of the Post Carousel / Sow-Carousel is are not showing on my pages, EXCEPT on the Preview page and while turning on Customize.

    No Idea why but “suddenly” it works again. Very strange
