Place a widget over the header?

I am building a website with Vantage and Page builder and want to place the newsletter request over the header (overlap it).

I have tried to do it with the following Custom CSS (without knowing a lot about CSS):

/* Text Widget */

.widget_text .textwidget p {

margin: 20px -50px !important;

}

but nothing happened…

    Hi Susanne

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    As you’ve noticed there is unfortunately no header widget area when using the Logo in Menu layout option. It’s certainly something that has been requested but not something we’ve able to yet implement. You could bump a widget up the sidebar using a negative margin but it wouldn’t be sticky with the menu.

    Sorry I don’t have more here.
