Permalinks

By sixways, 10 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 10 years ago.

Hi,

When I change my Permalinks from Default to Post names, then my Projects links stop working.

Everthing else on my website works fine and these link use to work as well. I only recently realised that my recent projects stopped work and when I turned the Permalinks back to Default they started working again.

My website is: http://alittlethingcalled.co.za/

Please advise what to do.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi. Try heading back to Settings > Permalinks, don’t make any changes, just hit Save.

    Hi Andrew,

No luck. I have switched back to the default Permalink setting, because my projects time out when I choice Post names.

    Kind regards,
    Suzanne

    Hi Suzanne

You can also try temporarily disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins, then going to Permalinks, changing them, hitting save and re-testing. If the issue is resolved, turn on your plugins one at a time to find the conflict, if it exists.

    Hi Andrew,

I just tried that, but the problem still persists.

Please have a look at the attached link: http://alittlethingcalled.co.za/latestevent/winter-wedding/

When I go to the project edit page and I click on the view project button next to the permalink it opens a different url namely: http://alittlethingcalled.co.za/latest%20event/winter-wedding/

It adds a %20 inbetween the latest and event in the permalink.

    How can I fix this?

What have you entered under Appearance > Theme Settings > Project Slug?
