PB Killing conflicting with NextGEN/NextCellent Gallery

I posted this on WP but didn’t get a response, not sure if it’s better here or makes a difference.

When I add a NextGEN/NextCellent Gallery in the Visual Editor it’s not working the same as the WP visual editor, it seems to be stripping out some code, my guess is js.

Comparing these two pages:

If I manual add back in the custom body class ( gallery_full_width ) directly on the page it looks a little closer but still not there.

These 2 gallery plugins are very popular so I hope you are able to look into this issue.
