Paying via Credit Card and Paypal not possible

Hi, I just want to buy a business license. Using paypal ends in asking for a credit card again and again. Changing to credit card (VISA) you system says that the card is empty. So no chance for me to order and pay?

    Hi Holger,

    That’s odd – I’ve only seen one instance of this happening in the past but the user stopped replying so we weren’t able to come up with a solution. :(

    Are you able to try a different card? It odd that both PayPal and Stripe rejected the card. I’ve sent a message to Greg / Andrew and they’ll see if they can see a reason on our end.

    Hi Alex, just orderd premium via mastercard and it worked .. seemed tob e an issue with VISA card or with paypal

    I am from Germany – maybe this can also be a reason or special characters within my name „Dörrschuck“

    One additional thing … I got a payment confirmation for my VISA card for 0 value
