Parallax Scrolling wrong?!

You really need to change the parallax scrolling behavior, because at this time it’s no real parallax scrolling at all. The background image should move slower than the rest of the page, because it should create the illusion that it is farther away. I think this is what the Poster in this request meant (https://siteorigin.com/thread/change-parallax-scrolling-direction/). Not really in the other direction, but slower than the rest. It’s somewhat the illusion of going down.
