Parallax missing in Vantage Theme

The Parallax effect of the Page Builder in the row works fine for me in every theme. Only in the Vantage theme the option for Parallax was missing in the row styles.

When I use a WordPress standard theme and add to a row a Parallax then the Parallax works fine. When I change to the theme Vantage then the Parallax in the Frontend works also fine. However, in the Backend in the styles of the row of the Page Builder there are missing the Design section. So I cannot adjust the Parallax…
