PageBuilder Doesn’t Load Upon Saving New Page

I am using a ThemeForest theme which came with PageBuilder. I am running the most recent version of PB. PB is available when I create a new page. But when the new/edit page reloads and PB will not load completely. There’s just the Visual and Text tabs but I am unable to switch between them.

I am also unable to dropdown and use the Screen Options tab. Seems like much of WP edit screen has been disabled.

Any ideas what might be happening?

    I am using the current version of PB 2.2.1.

    I just figured it out. The newest update to the NewsLetter Plugin (http://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/) is causing PB to not load.
