I dont know why are my content starting from the middle of the page and i cant seems to change that. URL: http://www.luluntang.com/?page_id=4509

Row backgrounds, Full Width and Padding not functioning.

However I did a clean install of wordpress, and installed the theme and it is not displaying correctly. I have no additional plugins installed but the issue still persists.

Hello I cannot find any predefine layout for home page. Before i used to see at least 5 examples and now I have no choices. What could it be happening? Thanks
