Page Builder not responsive with Tesseract background image

Hi there, I have followed all of your threads about this issue. I removed the spacers and add the class and then added the custom CSS that you provided in two other threads. I can’t find any solution. My background image (which is associate with a row) doesn’t appear at all on mobile. I’d like it to appear on mobile with the parallax feature. Thanks for any help!
